Opus Club-Style Residences
Opus is a modern architectural masterpiece and a true architectural gem — a DeLuxe class club house. Its proximity to the river has defined its exceptional form, inspired by the element of water. The rhythm and texture of its white facades gently blend into the urban environment. Stepped terraces cascade down to the spacious embankment. Panoramic windows and water reflections play a hypnotic game of light.
Assignment
To develop a comprehensive brand identity system, including large-scale editorial design for printed materials: presentation and planning brochures, printed and digital presentations, as well as packaging design for these materials. The visual code of the future brand had to reflect key aspects: innovative, minimalist design that harmoniously interacts with the urban environment and emphasizes the high status of the target audience.
Solution
The Opus identity harmoniously combines natural elements of sand, concrete, and water with silver accents, reminiscent of sunlight glints on water, alongside modern minimalist architectural principles. The brand identification system is based on smooth lines and clean forms. The logo style conveys a sense of authorship. The clean layout design features ample space for air and content.
